Terms & Conditions

Membership Validity

  • 1 year from date of sign up.

Sign-Up Bonus

  • Redemption of TL$20 (sign-up bonus) is valid for redemption from the second visit onwards.

Issuance of TL$

  • Members earn REBATE on ala carte food and beverage (F&B) orders, and regular set menus when DINING-IN.
    1. Mondays – Thursday: 10% Rebate (or 15% rebate with minimum spend of S$150 before service charge, GST and after redemption, if any. Except on special occasions, on the eve of and on Public Holidays, as well as on the eve of and on the 15 days of Chinese New Year.)
    2. Fridays – Sundays: 10% Rebate
  • Rebate is not applicable for alcoholic beverages, takeaways, high tea, buffet, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons) and merchandises.
  • Rebate is issued based on the bill balance after redemption of TL$ (if applicable) and not to be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards and/or voucher/e-voucher payment. Service charge & GST will not be eligible to any rebates.
  • Rebate will be accumulated as TL$ for future redemptions at participating TungLok restaurants, towards dine-in F&B bill (subject to conditions stated below). TL$1=S$1.
  • Membership card or mobile number must be provided at the time of dining for verification purposes. No rebate will be credited if membership card or mobile number is not provided.
  • Earning of rebate is valid at all participating TungLok restaurants (except Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food and Slappy Cakes), unless otherwise indicated.

Redmemption of TL$

  • Membership card MUST be presented for redemption of TL$.
  • TL$ cannot be exchanged for cash. TL$ to be redeemed will be deducted from the total bill (before service charge & prevailing GST), before new rebates are earned. Gross bill are subject to service charge & applicable GST.
  • Redemption of TL$ will not be allowed for alcoholic beverages, takeaways, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons), merchandises; as well as on the eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year and cannot be used to offset against service charge & GST payable.
  • Redemption of TL$ shall not be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards and/or voucher/e-voucher payment.
  • For verification purposes, NRIC/Passport/Employment Passes or other relevant documents may be required. No redemption, rebate and/or discount will be granted if satisfactory verification of identity of members cannot be performed.
  • Redemption of TL$ is valid at all participating of TungLok restaurants (except Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food and Slappy Cakes), unless otherwise indicated.

Expiry of TL$

  • TL$ earned within the membership year will expire together with the card.
  • A reminders will be sent via SMS and email notifications. Members who opt not to be reached via SMS and email, you may log into your membership account at www.loyalty.tunglok.com to view your account details.
  • There will be strictly no extension of the expiry period, and TL$ not redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited.

Birthday Special

  • Birthday Rebate
    1. 20% rebate on dine-in ala carte food and beverage (F&B) orders as well as regular set menus during the month of birthday.
    2. Birthday rebate is not applicable on the eve of and on 15 days of Chinese New Year.
    3. Birthday rebate is not applicable for alcoholic beverages, takeaways, high tea, buffet, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons) and merchandises.
    4. Birthday rebate is not to be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards and/or voucher/e-voucher payment.
    5. Birthday rebate is valid at all participating TungLok restaurants (except Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food and Slappy Cakes), unless otherwise indicated.
  • $50 Birthday e-Voucher
    1. Membership card MUST be presented for redemption of e-voucher.
    2. Birthday e-voucher is valid only during birthday month. Strictly no extension of validity period.
    3. Birthday e-voucher is valid at all participating TungLok restaurants (except Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food and Slappy Cakes), unless otherwise indicated.
    4. E-voucher is applicable for dine-in ala carte food orders and regular set menus.
    5. E-voucher is not to be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards and/or voucher/e-voucher payment.
    6. E-voucher to be redeemed will be deducted from the total bill (before service charge & prevailing GST), before new rebates are earned. Gross bill are subjected to service charge & applicable GST.
    7. E-voucher is preloaded into TungLokFirst member’s account. No physical voucher is distributed.
    8. E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
    9. The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Birthday e-voucher from time to time without prior notice.
    10. The management’s decision on the terms and conditions shall be final.

Renewal of TungLokFirst Membership

  • To qualify for a free renewal, TungLokFirst members must attain the following amount at TungLok restaurants within a one-year membership:
    1. Milestone spending of S$1,000 = Bonus of TL$50 + FREE renewal upon expiry of membership.
    2. Milestone spending of S$5,000 = Extra Bonus of TL$50 + FREEE renewal upon expiry of membership.
    3. Milestone spending of S$10,000 = Extra bonus of TL$100 + Upgrade of membership status to Most Valued Guest (MVG).
  • A reminders will be sent via SMS and email notifications. Members who opt not to be reached via SMS and email, you may log into your membership account at www.loyalty.tunglok.com to view your account details.

Processing Leadtime

  • Application with incomplete information will not be processed. TungLok Group may accept or reject any application for membership in its absolute discretion. If an application for membership is rejected, any benefits with TL$ that may have accrued to the applicant though the use of a membership card will be null and void.
  • For online applications, account is activated once payment is made. Processing of membership card will take approximately 3 weeks. Member is allowed to earn TL$ using his/her mobile number before receiving his/her membership card. No redemption of TL$ and/or e-voucher is allowed without presenting membership card.

Payment Mode

  • For sign-ups at the restaurant, membership card will be issued upon receiving payment. Payment of membership fee can be made by credit card or cash at participating TungLok restaurants.
  • For online applications, payment of membership fee can be made by Credit or Debit Cards online.
  • Payment made is strictly non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged of Card

  • A Member must immediately report a lost membership card to the Loyalty Programme Dept. TungLok will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen TungLokFirst Card and if your TungLokFirst Card is misappropriated by others with malicious intent before you file the lost report, TungLok Group will not be responsible for any loss of point.
  • A S$10 replacement fee will be payable for replacement of loss card.

Non-Transferable

  • Membership is personal and strictly non-transferable. Members must produce identification as and when required.
  • A Member must return his/her membership card without delay to the Loyalty Programme Dept whenever requested by TungLok Group or any other party acting on its behalf. A Member is not permitted to hold more than one account.

Cancellation

  • A Member may at any time cancel his/her membership card by emailing (tunglokfirst@tunglok.com) or returning his/her membership card to the Loyalty Programme Dept.
  • All TL$ earned as well as any unutilized TL$ will be cancelled upon a person ceasing to be a Member. No refunds will be processed.

Personal Data Protection Policy

  • Upon submission of application form to TungLok, Members shall be deemed to have agreed and consent to the collection usage and disclosure of member’s personal data in accordance with TungLok Group personal data policy, which is available at http://www.tunglok.com/privacy-policy.

Discretion

  • Upon submission of application form to TungLok, Members shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions of the TungLokFirst Loyalty Programme stipulated herein.
  • The Management of TungLok Group reserves all rights to amend any privileges or conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  • The Management of TungLok Group is entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to suspend or terminate your rights to use the benefits or privileges, to refuse any re-issuance or renewal should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.
